Refund policy

Exchanges of Items

Due to every product being fulfilled as it's ordered, all items purchased are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Once the item(s) leave our printer facility, they cannot be returned to us. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. However, we will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.

Under certain circumstances, such as a product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange. We have a 7-day return policy, for cases like this which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or refund.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding of this policy.

Defective / Wrong Product

We apologize for any mix-up on our part and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at info.epitomeofbeaute.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item. You have 3 days to send a response.

We would provide you with a 50% off discount code for your next purchase if you received a defective product. All wrong orders we sent out will be corrected.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the shipping cost, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You have 3 days to request a return if the item is damaged or defective.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Due to the nature of some of our products, we do not provide refunds or cancellations for any reason. This includes delays with shipping and any backorder items.
Should there be an error on our part, we will refund the order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like sale items, gift cards, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty & body products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

I FORGOT TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE
Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.
